MOVIMENTAÇÃO DE CARGAS
O Porto de Santos encerrou o ano de 2021 com novo recorde de movimentação de cargas, atingindo 147,0 milhões de toneladas, 0,3% acima do verificado em 2020. As cargas de importação se sobressaíram com aumento de 10,4%, somando 43,9 milhões de toneladas. Já as cargas de exportação apresentaram redução de 3,5%, atingindo 103,1 milhões de toneladas.
De 2009 a 2021, o crescimento anual de tonelagem no Porto de Santos foi de 4,9%, já a taxa dos contêineres avançou 6,6%.
